We thank the Trustees of Borough Market and Simone Crofton, the Chief Executive, for being the location hosts for the Dirt Cafe Water project for the 2007 London Design Festival.
This same building was 'home' of the original Dirt Cafe project in 2005 that was also part of London Design Festival. Including the Water project, six of the seven Dirt Cafe projects have happened in this significant space that was the original board room of the Trustees in the 19th century.
