Alex Laird of Living Medicine has been a collaborator of the Dirt Cafe project since 2006. Her contributions come in many forms, including the telling of a 'water story' and the creation of delicious digestion-enhancing drinks for the guests of the Dirt Cafe Water Debate and Water Salon.
Living Medicine is a vision for the UK’s first world herbal medicine centre to teach people how to use plants and food in health. It will revive our multicultural herbal traditions and feed them into mainstream healthcare. Its co-founder, Alex Laird, is a medical herbalist.
