Patricia Michelson and Sarah Bilney of La Fromagerie have been supporting partners of the Dirt Cafe project since the start in 2004. They are collaborators involved with all parts of the Dirt Cafe project and bring great expertise and concern for the role of food in our lives and future. Lmost all of the Dirt Cafe project's planning sessions have been over cheese and wine at night in the cafe of La Fromagerie over the past three years.
